Corporate ConciergeFor the business that wants to add an employee benefit that sets their company apart from the rest. This position works provide quality services to your employees. Executive packages, employee or client promotional and incentive services, as well as customized options are also available. Custom Onsite, Virtual and Hybrid Concierge OptionsEvery residential property has its own atmosphere and character (and budget). Transforming your community into luxe living can be achieved on many levels. We offer flexible options to fit the needs of your unique community: Onsite Concierge Traditional in-person service coordination through a residential services team that offices at the property. Staff would be scheduled and available according to the level of services put in place by contract, and are generally supported by a back office team of fulfillment professionals. Residents will have access to the concierge in person, by telephone, and website/email. Hours of operation are negotiable. Virtual Concierge Our virtual concierge is designed to meet the needs of properties and offices that cannot provide traditional onsite concierge service or access, or have limited space requirements. Our skilled staff is available to assist your constituents with any need via special telephone service and custom website/email. We strive to make the virtual concierge experience as exciting and personal as possible. Hours of operation are negotiable. Hybrid Concierge Our hybrid concierge program offers residents the best of both worlds - our virtual members-only access combined with an onsite residential services team assigned to your community. Our offsite team will provide the full realm of concierge services via website, e-mail or phone. Onsite staff hours can be designed to fit any budget, from part time to full time options (even around the clock service). In addition, the concierge team will visit your community frequently to deliver welcome packets, market and promote the services, as well as implement and attend resident relations events and activities. Hours of operation are negotiable. Staff options are flexible. |
